The Indemna platform was created by insurance agents for business owners. It provides smart tools for efficient collaboration between agents and businesses on all facets of their commercial insurance policies.
Indemna is not an agent or broker. We are an insurtech startup that helps business owners manage their insurance policies and certificates of insurance in one place. Regardless of how many policies, brokers or third parties.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of software projects using Bootstrap, jQuery, MongoDB, and PHP frameworks
Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, from conception to deployment
Work closely with development teams to ensure the deliverables align with the project scope and timeline
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication
Provide weekly updates on project status to senior management
Experience and extensive knowledge of atlassian.net systems are a must. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc…
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a tech environment
Experience managing projects developed in Bootstrap, jQuery, MongoDB, and PHP frameworks is a must
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Strong problem-solving and team management skills
