Description of Our Services

We offer our business customers a web-based display systems for uploading/organizing documents and improving business collaboration. The Indemna application offers users the ability to organize their electronic documents and share them with others. It also allows users to create a company profile that resides on the Indemna.com website (the "Services").

Collection of Personal Information

As a part of the Services Indemna provides, Indemna collects the information about anonymous and logged in visitors to our website. This information includes visitors’ IP addresses, devices, operating systems, and any other data that may be acquired through a user’s browser, device, or account (when permission to collect such information is granted), as well as third party data services (such as White Pages, Spokeo, or PeopleSmart).

When you register for Services on any of our Sites, we collect your Personal Information, including but not limited to your name, company name, phone number, email, and postal address. For payment purposes, we also collect billing information but we do not store any of your billing information. Billing information is stored by a PCI-compliant third party billing company. The third party storing the information may change, but shall always be PCI-compliant and shall provide a privacy policy which you may access on their website.

We may also use Personal Information you provide when you visit our Sites or become a registered user of the Products or Services, or we may use your Personal Information to contact you to further discuss the Products and Services that we provide, and to send you information regarding Indemna, such as promotions, contests and events. Site Visitors and registered users are invited to receive emails from Indemna, such as promotions, contests, newsletters, or events (collectively, "Promotional Information").

Data Retention and Destruction

Information collected is retained by Indemna indefinitely and available to our client for as long as they remain a client in good standing. If a client cancels their account (or is terminated for any reason), we make no guarantee that their data will remain if they wish to return later. A data sunset policy will likely be implemented in the future, but does not exist today and we cannot guarantee that data is fully scrubbed from all backups and snapshots.

Disclosures and Transfers of Personal Information

We do not share your Personal Information with third parties, except when one or more of the following occurs:

  • When such disclosure is necessary for the purpose for which the Personal Information was obtained, or for the performance of the Services;

Opting Out in the United States

You may opt out of being sent Promotional Information by us at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. Separately, you may ask to sign up for to receive Promotional Information when registering for the Services or by emailing [email protected].

Except as noted above, your email address will not be distributed or shared with third parties, and you can opt out of receiving Promotional Information by emailing [email protected] at the time it is distributed, or at the time any individual registers for the Service.

Correcting & Updating Your Information

To update billing information or discontinue the service, log into the website and access your account. Indemna will respond to your correction or update request within at most 30 days from the date of your request.

Confidentiality and Security

We maintain numerous safeguards to protect your information gained from our Sites. We do not allow anybody to access your information other than our employees, any affiliates’ employees, or others to whom it is necessary to disclose such information to provide our services you in the course of conducting normal business operations. It is against Indemna’s policies that the Site and Services be used by individuals below the age of thirteen.
